ORDERS & PRODUCTS
How do I place an order?

Simply browse our store, choose your product, select your size, and click "Add to cart." When you are ready, go to your cart and click "Checkout." Follow the steps to enter your shipping and payment details. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Because our products go into production very quickly after an order is placed, we have a very short window to make changes. Contact us immediately at aviorstore2005@gmail.com with your order number. Once production has started we are unable to cancel or modify the order.

Are your products limited edition?

Some of our designs are released in limited runs — once they are gone, they are gone for good. We will always clearly label limited edition pieces. Our core collection remains available ongoing. Follow us on social media to be first to know about new drops.

What sizes do you offer?

We offer sizes S, M, L, XL, and 2XL on most products. Each product page has a size guide — please check it carefully before ordering. If you are between sizes we recommend sizing up, especially for our heavyweight hoodies which have a relaxed fit.

How is my product made?

Every AVIOR product is printed on demand — meaning your item is made specifically for you when you place your order. We use high quality DTG (direct to garment) printing on premium heavyweight fabric. Your piece is brand new, never worn, and created fresh just for your order.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States only. We are working on expanding to more countries soon — stay tuned by joining our email list.

How long does delivery take?

After you place your order, production takes 2–5 business days. After your item ships, delivery takes another 5–8 business days. So your total expected delivery time is 7–12 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is $7.99 on all orders. Orders over $100 get free shipping automatically applied at checkout — no code needed.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking email with your tracking number. Use that number on the USPS or UPS website to follow your package in real time. It may take up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to update.

My tracking says delivered but I haven't received it. What do I do?

First check around your property, with neighbors, and at your building's mailroom. Wait 24 hours as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered slightly early. If still missing after 3 business days contact us at aviorstore2005@gmail.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?

We accept returns and refunds only if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Because every item is custom printed for you, we do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or personal preference. Please read our full Refund Policy for all details.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

We are so sorry to hear that. Please email us at aviorstore2005@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage. You do not need to send the item back. We will send you a free replacement or full refund — your choice.

I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange it?

Unfortunately we are not able to exchange orders where the wrong size was selected at checkout. This is why we always recommend checking the size guide on each product page carefully before ordering. If you are between sizes, size up.

How long do refunds take?

Once your refund is approved you will receive a confirmation email immediately. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

PAYMENT & SECURITY
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Is it safe to enter my payment details on your store?

Absolutely. Our store is powered by Shopify which uses industry standard SSL encryption to protect all your personal and payment information. We never store your card details on our end.

Will I be charged before my order ships?

Yes — your payment is captured at the time you place your order. This is standard for all e-commerce stores and allows us to immediately begin production on your custom item.
