Refund & Returns Policy
Our Commitment
At AVIOR, every product is made to order and printed specifically for you. Because of this, we hold our quality to the highest standard. If something arrives damaged or defective, we will always make it right — no questions asked.
What We Accept Returns For
We accept returns and refunds only in the following situations:
- Your item arrived damaged (torn, cracked, broken)
- Your item has a manufacturing defect (misprint, faded print, stitching error)
- You received the wrong item (wrong size, wrong design, wrong product)
What We Do NOT Accept Returns For
Because every item is custom-printed on demand just for you, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for the following:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Ordering the wrong size (please check our size guide before purchasing)
- Not liking the color or design after receiving it
- Items that have been worn, washed, or used
- Items without original packaging or tags removed
- Sale items or discounted orders
- Gift cards
Please read product descriptions and size guides carefully before ordering. We want you to love what you receive.
How To Submit a Claim
If your item qualifies under our policy, here is exactly what to do:
- Email us at aviorstore2005@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number in the subject line
- Attach clear photos showing the damage or defect
- We will review your claim within 2 business days
- If approved, we will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice
Refund Processing Time
Once your refund is approved:
- You will receive a confirmation email immediately
- Your refund will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- If 10 business days have passed and you have not seen it, contact your bank first — then reach out to us
Wrong Size Ordered
We are not able to refund or exchange orders where the wrong size was selected at checkout. Please use our size guide on every product page before purchasing. If you are between sizes, we always recommend sizing up.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item qualifies for a return under our policy, we will issue a full refund or send a free replacement. You are welcome to place a new order at any time.
Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged on the outside, please:
- Take a photo of the outer packaging before opening it
- Take photos of the damaged item inside
- Email both photos to us within 48 hours of delivery
This helps us file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf and get you a resolution as fast as possible.
European Union Customers
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason, under EU consumer protection law. To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Contact us at the email below to start the process.
