Every AVIOR product is printed on demand β meaning your item is made specifically for you the moment your order is placed. We do not hold pre-made inventory. Each order is printed fresh and shipped directly to your door by our trusted production partner.
This means two important things for you:
- Your item is brand new, never worn, and made just for your order
- Please allow 2β5 business days for production before your order ships
WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to the United States only. We are working on expanding to more countries in the future β stay tuned by following us on social media or joining our email list.

ORDER PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIME
After you place your order, here is what happens:
- Day 1β2: Your order is received and sent to our production partner for printing
- Day 2β5: Your item is printed, quality checked, and packaged
- Day 5+: Your order ships and you receive a tracking email
- Day 7β12: Your order arrives at your door
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package in real time on the carrier's website (USPS or UPS).
- Tracking emails are sent to the email address you provided at checkout
- It may take up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to update
- If you have not received a tracking email within 7 business days of your order, please contact us
SHIPPING CARRIERS
We ship via USPS and UPS depending on your location and order size. The carrier is selected automatically to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery to your address. You will be able to see which carrier is handling your delivery in your tracking email.
WRONG ADDRESS
Please double check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. AVIOR is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
- If you notice an address error immediately after ordering, contact us at aviorstore2005@gmail.com as soon as possible
- We will do our best to update the address before the order goes into production
- Once an order has entered production we are unable to change the shipping address
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:
- Check around your property, with neighbors, and at your building's mailroom
- Wait 24 hours β carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered slightly early
- Contact your local post office with your tracking number
- If still unresolved after 3 business days, email us at aviorstore2005@gmail.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please:
- Take a photo of the damaged outer packaging before opening it
- Take photos of the damaged item inside
- Email both photos to aviorstore2005@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
We will file a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. See our full Refund Policy for more details.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Because our products go into production quickly after an order is placed, cancellations are only possible within a very short window. If you need to cancel your order, contact us immediately at aviorstore2005@gmail.com with your order number. Once production has started we are unable to cancel or modify the order.
